This is a nice sci-fi thriller. Well thought out, the plot moves along comfortably and is very believable. The story keeps you engaged and the ending is satisfying and nicely sets up a sequel without making it mandatory. The characters are have good depth. The only criticisms are that the bad guys are a bit too omniscient, and the avowed lethallity of the infection doesn't seem to be a problem for them. Odd. I would have liked to see the bad guys get more of a comeuppance but then, I never seem to get that in any other stories either so I live in disappointment. Oh well.Product details

Could this really happen? Made me wonder just how safe we are in our little world.
Somewhat predictable if you have read some of Darrell Bain's other books. But a good read and well worth the price.

This book is a good one and looks to have another book to the series. This writer is one of the better one for series and has a lot of good books to his name.
